Responsible for all aspects of feasibility, planning, developing and delivering the facilities. Brad Paatsch acted as Client Project Lead on these projects.

- Maximising funding from Government.
- Ensuring facility operational viability through detailed business planning.
- All parties working together to create a truly unique facility integration between the community and elite; and
- A significant amount of early stage planning to identify the operational costs and revenues and to reach agreement across the project partners as to responsibility for each item.
