Development of overall precinct business plan including community and stakeholder consultation, governance and management model, complimentary commercial facility development and funding strategy. Undertook initial strategic vision development including identification of location, project scale, project partners, feasibility and preliminary business plan, coordination of development of schematic design, and funding procurement resulting in $20m from State Government. Paatsch Group is currently acting as Client Lead for the Town of East Fremantle for the delivery of the project.
