The Paatsch Group’s services included a complete solution for the Shire of Harvey's needs, short and long-term planning for Shire’s Aquatic Facilities, and the development of a comprehensive Sport and Recreation Facilities Plan. The aim of this work was to increase the level of services available to the community through Shire sporting infrastructure.

Key services included:

• Needs Assessment, Feasibility Study and Concept Plan for the development of the Shire’s Aquatic Services.

• Needs analysis, Concept Development, and Sport and Recreation Facilities Plan were also provided for the Harvey Recreation Community Centre.

• Development of a Sport and Recreation Facility Plan.
