Paatsch Group, in partnership with Bridge 42 developed and implemented a Golf Course Strategic plan to support the improvement of facilities at the Marangaroo and Carramar courses.

Bridge 42 and Paatsch Group completed a Facilities Recommendations report, which identified facility components that were recommended to be included in the development of both golf courses. An Operator procurement process was then developed and implemented for both courses that included long term facility development and investment options for Operators of the respective golf-courses.
