Paatsch Group led the delivery of a Preliminary Business Plan and Development Concept for the creation of an International Hockey Centre (IHC) facility in Perth, that would attract international hockey and sporting events.

The business plan incorporated how tenants of IHC, including Hockey Australia’s High-Performance Programme could operate within the facility and how it would integrate with community hockey club tenants. The plan also informed how other community, sporting groups and commercial facilities could integrate within the IHC’s future operations to ensure long term sustainability.
