Paatsch is currently engaged by Maccabi WA as a Specialist Strategic adviser to manage the feasibility, business plan and master plan for the Maccabi Precinct in Yokine Western Australia.

Although the primary role of the potential redevelopment focused on sporting facilities, part of Paatsch Group’s role is to ensure integration of the future redevelopment to the benefit of the local Jewish Community.

Preliminary feasibility and high-level analysis of opportunities associated with the Maccabi precinct have been completed with Paatsch Group now undertaking the development of masterplan, capital cost assessment, business plan and in the future funding procurement.
