Jeff Love
Associate Partner
Starting out in corporate finance at a major UK investment bank, Jeff has held senior positions in both operational and strategic roles across a range of industries.
Working in specialised finance, mergers and acquisitions and technology, Jeff lived and worked for many years in the UK, the USA and Asia. Such work focused on international, over-the-counter financial markets including foreign exchange, fixed income, and interest rate products. During this time, he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of sophisticated pricing algorithms and price discovery tools as well as clearing, settlement and electronic exchange systems.
Since returning to Australia, Jeff has been involved in providing a wide range of corporate advisory services to businesses both large and small. This work includes complex business valuations, detailed feasibility studies and reports, as well as corporate restructuring, debt and equity raising, business acquisitions and sales.
Jeff provides mathematical expertise in financial modelling and discounted cash flow valuations of individual projects and companies using a range of tools including Excel, VBA, SQL and PowerBI.
In addition, Jeff has substantial experience in the design, development, and implementation of technology-based solutions to complex business problems, including project definition, needs analysis and process design.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Econ and Accounting) from UWA and has recently completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance at UWA.
