A digital and technology strategist, business leader, educator and mentor, Scott has been a globally recognised trailblazer for over twenty-five years.

During his tenure as an operating executive, Scott directed Merrill Lynch & Co, Sony Music, The Motion Picture Association of America, Bertelsmann AG and their executive teams through structural and operating reinvention during times of radical change.

As an entrepreneur, Scott played founding roles at ground-breaking start-ups Data Broadcasting Corporation, Firstlook and Ruckus Network.

  • Since moving to Australia in 2012, Scott has advised the ABC, Cricket Australia, Foxtel, National Rugby League, NewsCorp, NZRU / The All Blacks, Optus, Optus Stadium, Seven Network, Star Entertainment, Tabcorp, Telstra, Tennis Australia, and Rugby Australia, among others.

  • Scott chairs the Digital Advisory Panel to the Australia Sports Commission, which in 2017 oversaw the delivery of SportAus’ digital strategy “Connecting Digital and Technology with Australia’s Competitive Sport Obsession”.

  • He is an accomplished musician, Scott is a graduate of Queen’s University, an alumnus of MIT, a lecturer at The University of Southern California, and a Senior Fellow at The Annenberg Center for the Digital Future.
